The little girl inside you is a necessary process that will be painful, unpredictable and may reveal things you didn't know about yourself or bring up memories that you have suppressed. This could include recalling events from childhood and how they impact you know, figuring out what traits you picked up form women in your life about what it means to be a woman, learning what your triggers are and emotional needs so that you can remind yourself that those needs are being met through self-talk (i.e. you are safe now, I love you, it's okay to cry, you can do this).
One of the ways to heal the little girl is to examine your relationship with your mother! If you didn't have a mother in your life, you would examine how that made you feel. If you have someone who acted as a mother to you, you can write about that relationship. If you do have a mother, write about your interactions with her and how you learned to perceive women and the world as a result. I did this video a few months back with my good sis, Lizzy K. It was an amazing discussion about motherhood and values that impact your nature as a feminine woman. I know you ladies are going to find value in this and encourage you to reach out when you have a moment to and let me know what you gained from watching this!
